SBJ Trafford centre meet up part 3 What i bought and Chanel makeovers

Hiya ladies, i hope you are all well?
I am sorry that it has taken so long to get on to parts 2 and 3 of the SBJ meet up but i have been having trouble getting into the blog to write and i think it might actually have something to do with windows 8 that i have on my laptop. I have been able to get on today and I have wrote out a few posts for you and i hope you enjoy them as much as I have of writing them for you.
Lets get on to the important part, the haul and the Chanel makeovers. The Chanel makeovers were absolutely amazing for all of the ladies except mine as it sadly didn't last longer than 20 minutes, I have extremely dry/sensitive skin which just drinks anything and everything that is put on my skin. To make matters worse, I am allergic to either the primer or the eyeshadow as my eyes started to burn, which is extremely sad as the eye make up was the most beautiful part for me. I did like the lipstick but was not a fan of the where they placed the lip liner and you will see what i mean about that in the pictures but enough about me, let me get on with showing you the results and haul.

Trafford Centre Meet up Part 2 Swaps

Hiya ladies, I hope you are all doing well? I'm not doing too bad though my little girl has just started school for the first time and its a little nerve wracking to say the least. I don't really want her to grow up too fast and I want to protect her as much as I possibly can but I'm sure you don't really want to hear about my worries as a mother, so i will just get straight on and show you the amazing beauties i have swapped for with the gorgeous ladies whom I met in the SBJ ladies meet up. Please be warned that this is a picture heavy post and I do apologise if that is not what you hope to see on this post today.

Have you been on a beauty meet up with any groups or bloggers events? I would love to hear about it.
Until the next time ladies, don't do anything that i wouldn't do

Secret Beauty Junkie Meet up At Trafford Centre Part 1

Hey there ladies, I'm sorry that it has been a while between posts but I have been having some issue with the settings on the blog but hopefully it is all sorted now. Anyway, back to the important part, how are you all doing? I hope you are doing ok and are having better weather than I am here.
We had a meet up at the Trafford Centre with a few of the ladies of SBJ and a couple of the girlies had never been before, so to say it was a bit of a shock to the system when they finally got to see the gorgeous building, is an understatement.
Myself and Kayla made up a couple of goodie bags for the girlies, Ame, (also known as Thrifty Girl) and Gemma, we also did some swaps of which I will get into in part 2 of the series of Posts as they are all picture heavy. We loved meeting up so much that we have already arranged and even booked the caravan (it works out cheaper for all of us) in Skegness and are turning it into a bit of a holiday.
So, here are the girlies in Trafford centre and the local Asda that we went to for "ahem" supplies and a few cheeky drinks ;)

I must admit that I had so much fun with these ladies and I am proud to say that I have made some amazing friends and I am genuinely happy to say that I cant wait to go and see them again in October.
I guess that is it for the post but part 2 wont be too far behind and I look forward to sharing what I took for swaps, what was available to swap and my swaps with the beautiful ladies. Until next time, don't do anything i wouldn't do.

Birthday box from Catriona

Hello ladies, I hope you are all well? Ive received a birthday box from the beautiful Catriona from SBJ on facebook and as you will see from the picture's it really is a lovely box. She has catered to my every need, form make up to skin care and even sent a little bag full to bursting with little bits for my little girl Bethany. Who, I might add, was so excited she literally nearly fell off the chair hehehe but hey ho on to the pictures.

My dog Ruby decided she wanted the puppy for herself and you can see the result. Bethany was so upset :(

But luckily, i had a few extra buttons lying around for  the little doggy to be able to see again hehehe xxxx
This truly is a gorgeous box and if you want to pop on over and check out Cat's box, the link is here http://stansfieldleon.blogspot.co.uk/2013/04/wendy-swap-box.html

Del Sol Nail Polish Review

Hello ladies, I hope you are all well and are having a great summer. Ive moved into my new house and it is coming along beautifully and cant wait to show you the finished home. Anyway, I'm sure you don't want to know about the house so i will just crack on and tell you about the beautiful nail polish myself and a few other ladies have been lucky enough to try. A lovely man, Neil Phillips who runs the facebook and website called Beauty Crowd (link here http://www.beautycrowd.com/) Its called Del Sol and it is very special, it is special in the fact that it actually changes colour in direct sunlight. I was lucky enough to be able to try Ruby Slipper and it is a beautiful jade green and turns into a pretty pink when exposed to the sun.

I am extremely impressed with the nail polish, not only is it a pretty polish, it is a 2 in 1 polish, it is actually quite long wearing. Before taking these pictures i did try it before and it lasted a whole 5 days and for me, that is blooming brilliant. Would i recommend this? Hell yes, they are amazing and are on sale on Beauty Crowd at the moment for £10 for the trio set but the normal price is £24.95 normally, so i would go and get them quick on the website before they all go. x
Until the next time ladies, be good and don't do anything I wouldn't do.
